Monday, June 1st, 2009

yl_look_toughGainesville, FL’s wayward sons Young Livers will be deserting the steamy swamps this summer in favor of cooler Pacific waters as they fly away to record a new album and spend a week traversing the left coast.

Young Livers will spend June 18th through July 1st at Satellite Recordings in Ventura, CA in the sinister company of Armand John Anthony, also responsible for the auditory violence committed on last year’s Glass And Ashes “S/T” album. They plan to record “about 14 songs, ten of which will probably end up on the record, with some left over for splits and stuff.” Tentative plans project a release date “sometime in the fall” by No Idea Records.

Following recording, they’ll hit the road for a quick week with longtime brethren The Fucking Wrath. You can click “more” below for the dates.
